Flandre Scarlet Osu! Skin (Final Version) [update the modded version by Sky Fang]

i've already release the previous version before and have found some bugs on it, and this final version fixes all those bug. here i come, flandre scarlet :D

• easy install (no more extracting, just click open and osu will do the rest)

#2013/12/16 minor update:

snow is falling now on osu! tittle screen, and i have prepared this to change the falling mode icons into a remilia&flandre snow falling. since flandre are my favorite, so i decided to give this skin a new look as peppy give to us :)
