okay, i've made this skin according to someone's request..
and because i don't really know about K-ON neither this Mio character, so i can't really describe it..
okay, after doing some research about this touhou character finally it come with an answer..
Utsuho Reiuji or Okuu is one of Satori's pets, a Hell Raven who has lived in the underground world since before it was separated from Hell. Her job is to regulate the flames of the Hell of Blazing Fires. reiuji her self was told by a voice (presumably Kanako's) that she could swallow the god, Yatagarasu, that was hidden in the flames to gain a power that would fulfill the wishes of both the worlds below and above the surface. This power was nuclear fusion. Utsuho misunderstood what the voice had told her, and decided that, using these powers, she would take over Gensokyo. Her friend, Orin, became worried about Utsuho, and drove evil spirits to the surface to cause an incident among the strong youkai above ground, in hope that they would come down to do something about it and, when they got there, defeat Utsuho and bring her back to her former self. What came, however, was not a strong youkai, but a strong human.

i planning to make reiuji's skin, but it ended on making aya's ._.
at least i've got helped by sky fang (real name ryuji kaguya) to make this skin so i decide to attach her name in this skin..
Shameimaru Aya is Gensokyo's resident reporter, know for writing "slightly" exaggerated news acricles about anything that happens in gensokyo. She's very strong and is probably stronger than she shows since she "accidentally wins" battles while only meaning to cover a news story. she's able to see/hear things from great distance and also at manipulating wind, well she's at least over than a thousand year old..

this is a preview of japanese game based on the Famous "Touhou Project"
as you know, older games of touhou is 2D animation but this game is already using 3D animation battle and also has an great graphic effect. it require a dual core processor with at least 2,0GHz and strong enough VGA card with at least 512MB memory, also for non japan users might need applocale to make every words on this game become readable especially at the Configuration application..
#PS: the Matsuri version is the combined patch of Hayate and Kurenai
version which make all the Hayate main character & Kurenai main
character become mixed into one and combined all the hayate and kurenai
stuff, so you don't need to open each game to play. just click one of
them and the combined patch will do the rest, also the Matsuri version doesn't have any Opening so there isn't available at my preview video

there's most characters with high popularity in Touhou are in this skin. my knowledge about touhou skill lacked, but when my knowledge of touhou and Nanako's knowledge of touhou were mixed it can make something awesome. this skin for example..
